We provide free shipping on all orders within USA. 

Products available in our inventories will be delivered to the courier within 5-8 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will prepare it for shipment.  The delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is confirmed by QIMU (if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).  While we aim to meet the estimated delivery schedule, please note that unexpected delays may occur.

International deliveries will be dispatched within 5-8 business days (excluding models in pre-order, in which case the shipment date is indicated on our website as well as your order confirmation email).

QIMU is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. Any additional fees during or after shipping, such as customs charges or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. QIMU is also not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.  Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
