REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made on qimubags.com.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging including boxes, dust bags, tags, and protective materials.
Proof of purchase is required.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Sale items (unless defective or required by law)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN CONDITION
We may refuse returns if:
The item is not in original condition
The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
The return is initiated after 14 days from delivery
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds should first be checked with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

SHIPPING RETURNS
Return shipping instructions and address will be provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
US RETURNS
US customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.
A local US return address may be provided by our team to simplify the process.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@qimubags.com with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
